Tyler was amazing at helping me choose the right vehicle for me. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he provided me with a lot of additional information that was an important part of my search criteria. He even created a personalised video of the car I was interested in, so that I could show my autistic child, to help them prepare for getting a new car. This was extremely thoughtful and very much appreciated. Tyler really did make the whole experience a good one.
However, the pick up was quite a painful experience. The vehicle wasn't fully ready and I ended up having to wait 2.5hrs (with child in tow) before I could drive away. It was a real shame to have such a lengthy and drawn out pick up/handover, as otherwise I was very happy with everything.
