I contacted the company by email after seeing a vehicle I was interested in on their website. I received a quick reply from a member of their sales team, Peter Horne, and he sent me full details and a walkaround video of the car showing a couple of the minor paintwork defects that would be corrected before sale and answered a couple of queries I had. We set up an appointment to visit and test drive the car. After seeing and test driving the car and agreeing a part exchange price on my car, arrangements were made for me to collect the car after it had been serviced and prepared for sale. At no time was there any of the high pressure sales techniques, or pushy upselling of other products that a prospective purchaser is often subjected to when buying a car, and dealing with Peter, (and in fact everyone there) was friendly and easy and I had full confidence in both the product and the terms and conditions etc. of the sale. Everything was fully explained and made easy to understand. On handover, Peter took care of all the paperwork for the DVLA etc and spent an hour with us going through all the features of the car in great detail. I was also told that they had updated the satnav and that there was a full tank of petrol. My wife was also presented with a bouquet of flowers! Small touches maybe, but helpful and thoughtful ones and in todays world such things are a rarity and are most welcome. The dealership was clean, well laid out and compared to other dealerships I had visited whilst looking for a car (Mazda, Toyota, Honda). Lexus was indeed of a different class, as was the attentiveness and attention to detail of all their staff. Normally I don't bother giving reviews, as it is hard to find anything positive to say about so much of the service we receive these days, but the standard of service we received at Lexus was so much better that anywhere else and a reminder of how things should be done, so I have taken the time and trouble to commend it, and yes, I can definitely recommend Lexus Preston. And the car is not bad either!

The experience at Vantage Kia Scarborough was fantastic because Mark Lunn was very informative asking the relevant questions to see what car would suit me best. He had broke it down so I understood everything properly and went over things I wasn’t sure of. Very friendly and helpful. Accommodated me wanting to move dates around collection, resolved any queries I had. Overall great experience with vantage Scarborough. They made it a tailor made experience.

I have owned a ŠKODA VRS since 2008 purchased with the dealer where Vantage now operates. My experience with the staff here has been good. , I found them polite , honest , helpful and friendly. I love the ŠKODA cars coupled with good salespeople, what more is needed? Would definitely recommend
