Sinclair Group was established in 1945 in Port Talbot and are now the largest motor group within Wales with 19 retailers representing Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Skoda, smart and Volkswagen new car and van models at locations including Bridgend, Swansea, Neyland, Cardiff, Newport and Port Talbot. Across Sinclair Group, 15,000 cars are sold each year and 50,000 customers are looked after by the 750 employees. A wide range of Aftersales services including servicing, repairs, MOTs and genuine manufacturer parts are also available. A range of schemes and offers including Motability, company car and fleet leasing are also offered across the 19 Sinclair Group dealerships. To assist those customers with budgeting requirements, finance plans and part exchange deals are also available.

I would not recommend Sinclair Volkswagen Neyland because I have had the worst customer service I have ever had here! I had to deal with Neil from Swansea because the people down in Neyland were beyond the word useless, I have been utterly disgusted!! I know I purchased my car a while ago but I am still reeling from my experience. I had so much trouble to get a spare key for my car, it took them 3 attempts to get it sorted, and to top it all off I was never phoned up I was contacted either by e-mail for by text!! I can not express how much I have been disappointed by them, and I can tell you one thing my car or myself will never step one foot in that place!!
