Hendy Group is a new and used dealership group which has been established since 1859, and now operates 25 sites across the South Coast including locations across Devon, Hampshire, Kent, Surrey, West Sussex and East Sussex. Hendy Group represent a number of brands including SEAT, Ford, Kia, Mazda, Honda, Ford Transit, Iveco, MG, Renault and Suzuki in new and used car and van sales. In addition to this, Hendy Group dealerships also offer an extensive range of manufacturer-approved Aftersales services including servicing, MOTs, repairs and parts. They also offer assistance with Motability, van or car leasing and finance, and fleet and business customers are welcome to discuss their options at the dealerships.

As well as their franchised dealerships, the Hendy Group also operate two Hendy Car Stores, based in Exeter and Portsmouth, which have a large stock of quality used vehicles.

I would not recommend Hendy Car Store Portsmouth because service was absolutely unacceptable. When I purchased the car it was absolutely filthy from inside. prior to buying i was told it would be clean and ready for me. Surely it was not which than resulted in me paying £120 cleaning cost which I shouldn't be paying. I was given 3 month warranty but on the day i was told by Keelan, sales person he will email me than tomorrow. It's been now 2 weeks I'm still chasing for warranty documents. When I ring the Hendy car Portsmouth to speak to keelan or the manager ADAM they are always busy so the person on the phone will take all my details and say one of them call you back but never received call from them. Absolutely poor service. Never recommend anyone.
