Derek pointed out deficiencies in my car and was open and honest. He also made sure that all repair and repaint work was done to a high standard and that the vehicle was immaculate for collection.
He went out of his way to make the visit a pleasure for myself and my young daughter and the coffee/hot chocolate was lovely thanks.

My experience at FJ Chalke Kia Yeovil was positive because we found a vehicle in excellent condition with low mileage within the price range we wanted to spend. Brayden Perkins was beyond helpful. We had relocated from a different country and live in a different county to FJ Ckalke Yeovil. If we didn't live so far away we would have purchased our service deal with FJ Chalke Yeovil. I would definitely reach out to Kia Yeovil if we were ready to upgrade or purchase another vehicle.

After sales service was poor van had a broken aerial when i took delivery was promised that the part had been ordered and would be treated as a priority, 8 days later service manager contacted me regarding seat covers and knew nothing about the aerial clearly there is a communication problem between the sales department and the service department as this part had not been ordered, this work has now been scheduled for the 20th October, I was planning on taking out a service plan but am having second thoughts after this experience.
