We travelled from Eastry, kent to Eastbourne after finding a Fiat 500e with EMC, online. I rang making the necessary arrangements to visit and test drive the vehicle. I was given the name of a salesman who would meet and attend to our needs. After agreeing to purchase, arrangements etc.... were put in place to proceed with the documentation and formalities. Unfortunately the vehicle did not have a fully charged battery resulting in me having to call out the AA a day after I bought it. I then had to spend £75 to buy a charger and charge for several hours at home, massively disrupting our plans for the day. This all could have been avoided had you ensured the battery was fully charged before handing over the vehicle. Apart from this, my overall experience was positive, but this experience had a very big impact.
