Unfortunately the vehicle did not have a fully charged battery resulting in me having to call out the AA a day after I bought it. I then had to spend £75 to buy a charger and charge for several hours at home, massively disrupting our plans for the day. This all could have been avoided had you ensured the battery was fully charged before handing over the vehicle. Apart from this, my overall experience was positive, but this experience had a very big impact.
