I was happy with the service at EMC Eastbourne Fiat because as soon as i entered the showroom I was greeted by a receptionist and taken to a salesman Phil Mulvey. He greeted me and asked me what I was looking for and my approximate budget. I won't go into detail but he made me feel confident in my choice of vehicle with his experienced help. Nothing was to much trouble and he took his time answered all m questions and gave details on the vehicle. This purchase was difficult for me as a female over a certain age as we are used to being looked at and spoken too as though we are idiots. The staff at EMC Uckfield were good because let me courteous explained things well was shown around the car. Well I did actually go back today two weeks after I bought it because there was a problem with the wing mirror but one of the mechanics sorted it out there and then very satisfied.
