Anthony Betts - Suzuki and RAC Approved Dealer in Hemel Hempstead were really helpful and I'd recommend them because Ifti Khan is a credit to the company, I was due to sell my car with Webuyanycar and they tried to con me out of £2000 so I’d not have been able to buy my new car from Anthony Betts! I went with my old car and saw Ifti and he was able to help part ex my car for me so that I wasn’t at a greater loss than if I had sold to Webuyanycar, all sorted and am at home with my new t-roc and very happy, it’s nice to see a company who still have values and isn’t totally in it for the money, customer service and satisfaction seems to be top of there priorities as well, which is very refreshing I’d 100% use them again.
Since purchase I'd had a warning light pop up on the car and it switched off after I turned off the car and back on, when queried with dealership they imidately got me booked in for the car to have the once over and will be letting me have a courtesy car for the day and assure me the issue would be resolved ASAP. Regardless of this little issue I'd still 100% use them again

The experience at Anthony Betts - Suzuki and RAC Approved Dealer in Hemel Hempstead was good because the 2 salesman that I dealt with (Andrew & Grant) were both very nice people firstly, very polite & both gave me a very Happy & easy transaction, both on the phone & in person.
Gave ne everything i needed to know & then some.
Both salesman were a pleasure to do business with

I would not recommend Border Cars Kingstown Broadway Carlisle because my car didn't have MOT prior to handover which I was told it would be. They booked it in later in the week where I discovered the car failed on no less that 4 items and had numerous advisories. Even though they repaired everything at cost to them, it still cost me in having to
