The experience at Fords of Winsford was fantastic because both the sales manager, Paul, and our sales executive, Sam Keam, went out their way to help us. Paul could see my husband was struggling to walk round the huge area so went to find him a wheel chair and helped us into the building to Sam who searched the list of cars to find one or more that met our requirements. Without their help I am sure that we would have struggled to find my ‘new’ car.

I was happy with the service at Frasers Cars because the customer service I received was excellent. There was absolutely no pressure on me when I was looking around. I was offered a test drive there and then, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I liked that all of the paper work was taken care of for me which made it all less stressful. My car was in perfect condition when I collected it. When I returned to have my cherished plate put on I was greeted with a friendly attitude and everything was sorted very quickly. Thanks for making things so easy and for such helpful staff.
