The experience at Fords of Winsford was fantastic because both the sales manager, Paul, and our sales executive, Sam Keam, went out their way to help us. Paul could see my husband was struggling to walk round the huge area so went to find him a wheel chair and helped us into the building to Sam who searched the list of cars to find one or more that met our requirements. Without their help I am sure that we would have struggled to find my ‘new’ car.

I would not recommend Lookers Braintree Select Used because the hand over process was rushed through by the manager so he would hit his monthly targets. The car had damage that was meant to be fixed it took 2 months of chasing to get this done. The car was sold serviced how ever this has not been done and I have just had confirmed by a main dealer that it is overdue and should have been done before sale. Now I have to pay out over £600 to get this done and it was meant to have already been done when I brought the car.

they were very friendly and didn't waste my time with things I wasn't interested in. Sale went through really smoothly and quickly. Salesman Lambros was very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend him to others buying from Braintree Lookers. Car was in excellent condition and very clean, looked brand new.
