Wilsons Epsom Renault

I would not recommend Wilsons Epsom Renault because the service I received was terrible and at times dishonest. Despite chasing, I'm still waiting to receive details of the Renault Used Car benefits that were advertised as part of the sale.

I would not recommend Wilsons Epsom Renault because poor product knowledge, I was verbally offered finance at 6.9%, but when the quote was received the interest rate quoted was 11.9%, no explanation provided until I raised the matter. Additionally I was told that an invoice for the transaction would be sent to me by email and my£500 deposit would be refunded to me on Monday 27 April. An email from the salesman was received on 28 April asking if everything was okay with the car- no mention of the invoice or refund. I responded to say that the inner door panels were not clean and provided several photos, asking for advice. No response received so I rang the dealership on 8 May requesting invoice, refund and explanation for the unclean inside of the car. The invoice has now been received, but no word on the £500 deposit being refunded, this remains the case, and brief comment on the cleanliness, but no apology for why the car was delivered in this state. Whilst waiting on the telephone, the background message stressed the high level of customer service offered by this family run business. In my experience the service received falls significantly short of the values stated in the telephone recording.

The experience at Wilsons Epsom Renault was great because Rhys the manager was very helpful and accommodated our requests. Harry who did the handover was very pleasant and efficient.

I'd endorse Wilsons Epsom Renault because variety of vehicles, big business, friendly and very helpful team. Could be approached for discount and offers as extras! Personal service!
