Wilsons Epsom Fiat

I would recommend Wilsons Epsom Fiat to friends and family because it was a straight forward experience. With a positive outcome.

I have bene given two sets of keys - one does not work. I have phoned the dealership on Tuesday and and twice on Wednesday - I was told someone would return my call - no one returned my call. On Thursday I called again and expressed my frustration so a lady called Sophie Smith contacted Gary to help me. She sent an email and I was to confirm when I could visit the dealership to bring the car in. I emailed back to say "Tuesday" and could Gary confirm this was ok. No response. So I emailed on Friday afternoon (again), and Monday morning - still no one responds. It's clear that you are quite happy to take my money and not provide any aftercare service. Maybe my email has gone into junk - but I check my junk email every day in work in case I was to miss something important. It's so incredibly short sighted - the car I purchased was an additional second car but in around 12 - 18 months I'll be looking to replace my main car - but I won't come to Wilsons to do this.

Wilsons Epsom Fiat were great because wide choice of vehicles and they are a fiat dealer . Staff are proffessional and helpful

The staff at Wilsons Epsom Fiat were good because Mike and Henry were lovely guys but deposit return took too long so rather left a bad taste.
