I would not recommend Wessex Garage Nissan Gloucester because it is an incredibly poorly ran dealership with most staff showing a total lack of care & professionalism. Totally untrained staff left unsupervised by untrained management. Head office told me that there’s been numerous complaints about Gloucester and staff at Gloucester were all too happy to tell me about the lack of professionalism at the site. Avoid at all costs.

I had a horrible experience. I will be warning people not to use Wessex. I had used wessex for the high level of customer service & reassurance of a quality company. I had a number of issues:
# Once there was a problem with the state of the vehicle on the first delivery Ellie refused to answer calls & emails.
# Second delivery the car had further damage on it
# I accepted the third delivery with damage for a reduction in price of £250. I do not think this was sufficient but felt I had to accept it as I needed the vehicle. I had spent a lot of time & energy trying to buy a car from Wessex. A refund would have left me without a car & out of pocket as I was paying insurance & tax on the new vehicle but also my vehicle that I was trading in.
# I had to chase Adam for the V5 for the new vehicle
# I have found that the wheel nut key is missing so one nut on each wheel has been replaced by a regular nut leaving my alloy wheels at risk of theft.
# There was an overall pattern of disrespect. Car was used to taxi staff to another garage, post payment, on way to second delivery, causing extra milage & a delay in delivery. An apology for this was refused.
