Wessex Garages Nissan Cardiff were great because I recieved an incredible experience from first walking through the doors to driving away in my brand new car.
Ieuan Thomas was exceptional! Very friendly, polite & helpful. He explained everything to me, answered all of my questions and concerns & made the process so straightforward & easy.
Joe was extremely polite and knowledgeable about cars. I learnt a lot in that 15 minute test drive! He was so polite & guided me through everything whilst I test drove the vehicle.
Austin was also fantastic! He was charming and friendly and helped me with the financial side of the process which was so straight forward. He got back to be straight away with various further queries that I had.
Overall, I couldn't fault a thing! They couldn't do enough for me and I'm definitely going to be returning in a few years time for my next car. Thank you all so much!!! You all work so hard & you are an asset to the company!
