I would not recommend Wessex Cardiff Penarth Road because: Actually I only dealt with Cardiff branch on phone and they were helpful and generally awesome. But once car was transferred to Gloucester, this was not the case. Salesperson was not warm, knew little about the car functions on the test drive. The key was simply handed to me in the car park and salesperson walked off. I would have liked to have known a few things about how the car worked before driving off. The car interior was not as clean as i would have expected, eg the cup holder was dirty and sticky. Most of all, I was only given one set of keys, and told this information AFTER purchasing and while walking out to the car. I was assured the extra set (whihc had accidentally been left in Cardiff) would be sent to me in next few days, but nearly two weeks later I am still waiting. This has been really inconvenient as both me and my wife drive this car. It would also have been nice to have been connected to Kia Connect while at the dealership, although not sure if thats how it works - so not too fussed. Car drives well though.
