My experience at Waylands Volvo Gloucester was positive because they made the process of exchanging my volvo for a polestar very easy. Great to see the increased number of Polestar vehicles on the forecourt too.

Waylands Volvo Gloucester were great. I enquired about a new-in used car on a Sunday morning, before the dealer opened. I had a response within just a few minutes, with a video of the car attached, and I arranged to visit that morning for a test drive.
Having decided to buy the car, my trade in was examined and a great price for it was agreed, a small add-on was negotiated FOC and a preliminary delivery date was agreed.
3 days later the car was readying we were driving home in it. Couldn't ask for a quicker or slicker service.
