Visited on Sunday 24th August. Felt no pressure and were allowed to just wander around the cars. Went in and was introduced to Jacob who was excellent and professional in his approach. Allowed us to just take our time and wasn't pushy. Took a test drive and on our return was again greeted with no pressure. In the end we opted for a higher spec car through our own choice. We're now the happy owners of a new car, on the 26th August, and Jacob was polite, courteous, informative and professional throughout the whole process. A credit to the business and was happy to do business with Waylands.

Waylands Volvo Gloucester were great because the whole team was welcoming and the colleagues appeared well informed and happy to take responsibility if my salesman was having his day off. There was no hard sell ,but a well informed salesman who was also helpful in how best to use the vehicle during the test drive and at the handover. There was nice coffee and food treats if needed.
