I'd suggest Waylands Reading to a friend because the staff were incredibly approachable, friendly and honest. They were incredibly genuine and really listened to what we wanted. They went above and beyond to find the perfect car for us, and made sure to explore every avenue. As it was our first car purchase, they were unwaveringly patient in discussing the different finance options and re-run the numbers for us to find something that really felt comfortable and worked for us. No task was too much trouble for them. We had the pleasure of working with James, who was always available for a quick chat, and was incredibly informative whilst also being lovely to chat to. I couldn’t recommend Waylands enough. Having going in with trepidation as a first time car buyer, I can honestly say they eradicated all of my concerns, I didn't feel like I was being shoe horned into buying from them, they simply wanted to find the very best option for us, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

I'd recommend Waylands Reading to a friend because they listened to my needs and helped with the selection of car and the whole buying process was unrushed, hand over was the same and Marcus took the time to set up the car to my phone and made sure I was comfortable in the car.
