I'd definitely recommend Waylands MG Newbury because Jake and the team were really welcoming and helpful, excellent knowledge of the car and explained the features and finance thoroughly. Really pleased with our new car thank you!
The deal on offer was very good you had the car I wanted at a good price, Joe your salesman was very helpful and offered good support. I found your electronic documentation poor for anybody with limited computer skills and found i need help with it all. The car was not delivered with my personal number plate although I supplied the necessary retension documentation, due to you registering the car before the end of the month with the initial registration allociated. This caused me additional expense and considerable time getting all the documentation and restration plates sorted out; It let the whole sales process down for my perspective just because you wanted to meet your end of month sales target!
I'd suggest Waylands MG Newbury to a friend because they had a good attitude,not pushy & answered my questions adequately.
