I would not recommend Waylands Kia Reading because the valet before handover was shabby and I never got accessories which always come with the car. When I gave them my old car, I gave them everything, the original mats, the original boot liner, original parcel shelf, lock nuts, etc. and it was cleaned by me as well. However, when I got the Kia, I got no mats, no boot liner and the interior valet was pathetic so much so that people who sat in them complained about an odour. The scratches on the seats and trim were not dealt with. I had to get a full valet done by an external person which cost me additional £300 post which all scratches were gone. So it could have been done but they just didn't care enough. The exterior was done well but the interior wasn't at all. My previous dealers were Toyota and even when they gave us used cars, it never felt used because before handover, their valet, interior and exterior, was always impeccable. Waylands need to learn something from them.
When I collected the car, I was told that there isn't a car from which they can give me floor mats and a boot liner. That shouldn't be the case in the first place. Every new car has its own set of accessories which all owners give off while trading in their car. So Waylands were sloppy in making sure the car had everything before taking it in. However, on subsequent visits, I saw the boot liner in a different car, used their logic against them, and asked them for it but they never gave. If Waylands didn't collect everything from the previous owner, that's not my fault. Why should I not be given the accessories which come with the car just because Wayland has been irresponsible in collecting everything from the previous owner? I'm pretty sure I wouldn't go back because all they care is about the profit off of each car. Customer service or making a customer happy to ensure they come back isn't on their horizon.
The experience at Waylands Kia Reading was fantastic because everyone in the store was very approachable and made us feel very welcome and valued. Excellent atmosphere with their excellent service. Great hospitality.

Waylands Kia Reading staff were good because the sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable, took his time to explain everything to me and gave me an excellent deal on my purchase
