Waylands Kia Bicester staff were good because they listened to what I wanted, weren’t pushy or rushed and most of all were polite, friendly and very welcoming!! The gentleman who sold me the car wasn’t at all like the one in the previous garage I visited and a credit to the company! He offered me a coffee and use of the toilet as I’d been there some time! When I picked the car up the lad who dealt with me went through all the paper work again to make sure I understood everything and once I was ready to drive off he took me through all the controls!!!

I would not recommend Waylands Kia Bicester because
1. stone chip not touched up.
2. Satnav not updated as promised.
3. Spare key lost and still waiting for one!
4. Media unit set at km not mph!
The experience at Waylands Kia Bicester was great with Tony. Found me the best deal that suited me and a car that suited my needs. Have already recommended to a friend
