My experience at Waylands Kia Bicester was positive because I was made to feel like a valued customer by everyone I came into contact with. Chloe was friendly and well informed about the vehicle, and I appreciated the conversation with the finance guy Simon (I think) - I left 2 previous Kia dealerships due to the blase and patronising attitudes I experienced - Waylands restored my faith in main dealerships.
