I would not recommend Vertu Volvo Truro because once they had sold and delivered the car they made the rest of the experience rather difficult. They said they had supaguarded the car but when I challenged them and said there was no evidence of this on the roof they offered to just send me the kit to apply myself. They said the car would arrive full of petrol . It didn’t so they then took too many prompts to refund the fuel cost. The car I bought comes with specific tyres. One was replaced incorrectly. They offered to give me a refund of £290 to replace the tyre. Then they insisted I send them a copy invoice to prove I’d actually replaced the tyre. Again they took prompting to refund my money despite all this being their own lack of knowledge or efficiency.. The car was delivered to me 350 miles. They said they would keep me informed of actual delivery progress. They didn’t. They left it to the delivery firm who just called one evening. To be fair the delivery firm once in contact were first rate. They said they would call me after a couple of days of the car arriving to see how I was getting along. They didn’t! The salesperson was great during the purchase of the car.

I'd recommend Vertu Volvo Truro to a friend because they were incredibly efficient and responsive from moment I contacted them. There was excellent communication from the get go, Viktoriia and Ben were excellent and explained everything clearly and professionally. They kindly arranged the delivery of my car a few days later and ensured I was happy and answered any queries I had. Excellent customer experience and would highly recommend Vertu to friends and family!
