The experience at Vertu Volvo Taunton was less than a ten for me because I felt the financial info was a bit confusing and there felt to be some pressure to do at least partial finance rather than a simple cash payment. Overall the salesman Rob was helpful and pleasant to deal with. The car price was above that available for a similar spec car at somewhat more distant dealers and was only rated as fair by Autotrader.

I'd definitely recommend Vertu Volvo Taunton because the clarity of information and the speed of response was first class. I was travelling down from the Midlands to collect the car and was not kept waiting as everything was ready to move forward. Service plan explained and purchased on the day,but without any pressure just the facts. Oliver Graham was very professional and I was also greeted by the business manager and made to feel very welcome.I had ordered side steps but were delayed coming in to dealership. Have now had a call from Volvo Taunton and they are collecting car leaving a courtesy vehicle and delivering back with no inconvenience to myself.
