My experience at Vertu Volvo Exeter could have been better because The car has various problems which should have been picked up on. The guy who sold it to me, delivered it with no explanation of how the electrics work and how I should charge it it - I had never had a car like that before and at the moment hate it.

The experience at Vertu Volvo Exeter overall was generally good. The staff are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. However the purchase experience was marred by the fact that the car was not ready when we went to collect the car on the day and time agreed. Clearly a communication problem between the Sales Dept and the Service Dept.My disappointment was reduced when they agreed to deliver the car to me at my home address the following day. At the end of the day, I’m very happy with the car.
