He recorded a video of the car before we drove to view in person, took us on an extensive test drive and followed up once we made the decision to buy, ensuring the purchase and handover went very smoothly.

I would not recommend Vertu Volvo Exeter because the service upto now has been shockingly awful. The car wasn’t cleaned on collection. I Was promised that it would be rectified after they admitted that the state of the car wasn’t in their words embarrassing. I have contacted multiple people, multiple times about it. Mostly ignored or poorly communicated. And a month later I’m still waiting for the issue to be resolved and have no idea when it will be.
