My experience at Vertu Volvo Barnstaple could have been better because 1) the vehicle was not the same spec as advertised. I was given the opportunity to hand the car back, but kept it with the compromise offer of the next service being free of charge. If I were to recommend Vertu Barnstaple to a friend, I would suggest they carefully check the spec.
2) I didn't feel the preparation of the car for collection was too good: The car had clearly been owned by a dog owner, and still smells of dog!
On the plus side, the sales service was very good.
