My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Skipton could have been better because the sales assistant told me as soon as I arrived she wasn't happy with a colleague who had booked a test drive in for the same car I was driving, straight after me and if I didn't accept the car then I would probably loose it. If this is true or just sales tactics it was very unprofessional. If it was true she could have waited until I was 'decidinf' back at the dealership after the test drive. I had already decided to purchase the car if test drive was as expected, the car sold itself. Not the sales person, she had the easiest job to do and I didn't get offered a drinknor anything after driving 2 hours to get there, which she knew. I was talked into accepting delivery by a driver rather than me making the effort on trains etc due to my personal circumstances, which all seemed very helpful but when deliver day came I was let down and needed a lot of phone calls to the garage etc to organise delivery for a different day. When delivery did come my aftercare shine package wasn't in the vehicle. Again more chasing by me to get this delivered. I then received a gentle reminder email from the sales lady asking me to fill on her feedback form with excel excellent scores/comments. I replied to say I would fill it in once I received my completed order, with the aftercare kit delivered, no reply was recieved. I then again had to email a few days later to ask for it again. It then arrived a few days later. I found the car online, I knew I was buying it but it had depended on the sales team doing a fab job I'm not sure I would have.
