My experience with Matt, my salesman was excellent. He hunted down the car I wanted having talked me through and shown me all options I was interested in, and more. I couldn’t fault the buying process and would give it top marks were it not for tyre pressure problems (service dept?) and VW Financial Services, who move at snail’s pace on time sensitive matters.
