I originally brought a different car which ended up having issues on it. Between used car sales and the service department they were all amazing! Even with the stress of it all they kept me updated and informed and in the end I ended up changing the car which they helped sort! I’d like to thank Tom Sadler, Alex walker and Steve Morgan you really are a credit to VW!

Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South were fantastic because sales very good. Valeting of vehicle not done to a high standard. Sticky substances on doors & door bins. White polish left on vehicle and scratches polished out are now back
