Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield gave us fantastic service. Jamie looked after us the whole time we were making a decision. He was professional and courteous, explaining all the options but never pushy. Managers introduced themselves and the servicing department were very helpful too. Everything was dealt with very well and we were very impressed with the friendly service we received. We are very happy with our purchase.

The experience at Vertu Volkswagen was really good because the whole process was hassle free and I got a great car at a bargain price. They seemed a bit understaffed which led to a delay in dealing with me on the day of the purchase. I am still waiting to receive my boot liner.
