I'd recommend Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield to a friend because they were very attentive to me when I just called in to look without being at all overbearing. I did decide on a car in a Hull branch but live miles away. They quickly sorted transfer, test drive etc. due to an unexpected fail in my current car I phoned am to see how soon they could make this car available ( as I had already agreed I wanted it in 2 weeks) it was ready for me within 3 hours. The salesman was so prompt answering every detail and considerate. I have never had a better car buying experience.
