I'd suggest Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield to a friend because I was happy with my purchase. However back seat damaged and was told it would be repairs closer to where I lived. Got a call asking that I go back to the store. This wasn’t possible at the time because I had just given birth. Promised another appointment/call closer to the time, never received anything further.

I'd recommend Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield because it has been such a pleasant experience for us. All the staff were friendly and not at all pushy in any way. Fraser, the staff member that dealt with us was perfect. He arranged everything for us with ease. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. We did speak to two other managers during our time there and they were equally friendly and approachable.
This has to have been our best experience yet when purchasing a car and we won't have any hesitation on returning to purchase our next one. We have already been telling our family and friends about how great Vertu Volkswagen in Mansfield really are. Definitely 5 stars from us.

I had a brilliant experience with the dealership, and in particular, Rebecca Drury. She provided details and videos on the car, promptly whenever needed. I travelled up from Birmingham on the Saturday and due to logistics, she even drove the car down to me following the purchase. Superb service, great dealership and sales exec.
