I'd recommend Vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield to anyone because I'm very happy with the car I've purchased and was pleased with the condition when I collected it. Additional things like a small scratch on the bumper having been touched up and interior mats provided was a welcome touch. I like the lifeshine add-on. Even though the usb cable for my phone wasn't added in the end, the bottle of wine and box of chocolates made up for this.

My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield could have been better because they never call you back when they say they will so you are constantly chasing them. They are very slow at sorting paperwork. They kept me waiting nearly 2 hours for a simple wheel balance to produce an unnecessary video showing everything under the car. And not once in the 2 weeks we had the car did we get a courtesy call to see how we were getting on. We took it back and went to Leeds instead.
