I'd recommend Vertu Volkswagen Harrogate because they have provided excellent service from start to finish. Nick was very helpful and informative and communication was very good. They printed my private plates ready to go on the car and when there was a couple of small issues after the sale, there was absolutely no arguments at all and they sorted them swiftly. Would definitely recommend as they've had great integrity throughout the process.

It's nothing to do with the level of service I received, which was excellent throughout. It's the wording of the statement. I am not likely to recommend or otherwise any products or services to friends or family, because normal people don't do this. The sooner survey providers change the wording of these questions to something more reasonable, the sooner they will get meaningful answers. Until then, I will have to answer the question as posed, and this is therefore my answer.
