I was happy with the service at Vertu Vauxhall Waltham Cross because staff were very approachable, friendly and excellent explanatory of making choice of the vehicle I choose to buy. Mitau one of the staff from start to finish was very professional , friendly and in incredible helpful. He took his time to guide me through the options to make the right choice.
I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone one at Vauxhall garage for making such a positive and stress free experience within 2 hours i am aware a car will be ready ASAP. I'd definitely recommend Vertu Vauxhall Waltham Cross because from start to end they really won me over. I'd previously used this garage when it was owned by Bristol Street Motors and if I'm honest, I didn't have the greatest experience so I was probably a little bit more on my guard than I would have normally been. But I feel like I got a good deal, Safi the Sales chap we dealt with was knowledgeable, patient, creative & personable - everything you want from someone when selling you a vehicle. Would definitely use again and happy to recommend to friends and family.
