I'd definitely recommend Vertu Vauxhall Northampton to friends and family because they made me feel like my opinion mattered. Rachel listened to what I was looking for and found me a couple of options. I was told if I wanted something from another branch they would get it for me - and apologised it may take a couple of days longer. It’s a nice change to have someone listen and actually follow your requests! They pulled out all the stops to have my car ready to collect on my birthday and Rachel was going to fill it with balloons until they considered I may have an allergy to latex. It was a lovely thought!

Vertu Vauxhall Northampton were fantastic because Shayne and Ed went above and beyond. I sat in the show room for several hours looking through various of cars that they had on site however none of the cars ticked my boxes or if they did they were out of my price range, Shayne and Ed were so patient with me trying to finding different options for me, eventually they found my dream car which was at another location. When the car was delivered it was perfect, which indeed picked all the boxes for myself. I drove off as a happy customer! Thank you again to Shayne and Ed!
