Vertu Vauxhall Lichfield were great because I felt looked after from the start. All my questions were answered and I didn't feel rushed at any point. Ben Berns was very professional and made me feel at ease on the test drive and throughout the process of buying the vehicle. Once I'd decided to purchase the vehicle Ben went through everything with me and explained everything very clearly. I feel that Ben went above and beyond to come in on his day off to ensure he was there when I collected my new car. I even had a curtesy call a few days after collecting the vehicle to check in and ensure everything was ok and that I was happy with the car. Would highly recommend Vertu Vauxhall Lichfield.
