I was pleased with Vertu Vauxhall Knaresborough and would recommend them because they were friendly, honest, and welcoming not just in person but on the telephone as well. They detailed very option available and were not too forceful to sell any additional policies/services, unlike some other dealers. All in all it took 2 days from seeing the car on the website to completing the purchase. It was so so easy and not stressful at all. A very good dealership. A special mention to Richard Harrison who dealt with my purchase from start to finish and was so helpful and made everything so easy. Even had a courteous after call to make sure everything was alright after the purchase.
