The experience at Vertu Nissan Derby was good because Will who sold me the car was excellent, he was very clear in explaining things to me, was very polite, had a great knowledge of the car and allowed me time to take in the information. He was happy to answer any questions.
The overall experience was stress free, the show room is bright and clean and all staff i came into contact with were very helpful.
