I was happy with the service at Vertu Nissan Derby because firstly I wasn’t too sure which model that would work best for me, Regan explained simply to me without confusing me the different specifications of each model , which helped me decide which model I wanted , there was no hard sell , infact he was really nice and approachable, once I had decided I wanted my new car within 48 hours , they met all of my expectations and more , Thankyou Reagan & Steve , I love my new car

Vertu Nissan Derby were fantastic because.....no pressure sales upon my first visit, kept me updated on an initial issue with the car, allowed a good long test drive of the vehicle and the sales executive (Richard Cooper, excellent) spent a good amount of time explaining the car and it's functions to me after our drive and then after purchase agreed still spent time ensuring I was happy before leaving site. Cannot say how helpful the team down there were but especially Richard, made the whole process seemless.
