The experience at Vertu MINI Yeovil was fantastic because Josh was really helpful. He sent me my personal video of the car. Whenever I had a question he got back to me straight away. He made the whole process go very smoothly, as I was buying it remotely and unseen.

My experience at Vertu MINI Yeovil

I would not recommend Vertu MINI Yeovil because I drove 2 hours to test drive a mini with an appointment to be told to come back in 2 hours as they were busy, after a 2 hour drive to somewhere I didn’t know I was not impressed.
After buying the car I reported a fault on it on the same day I collected the car, it took 3 emails and 2 phone calls and over 2 weeks for someone to call me to arrange a garage inspection. This is my 3rd mini and I have always dealt with mini Barnstaple, sadly they closed this garage. So sadly my experience has been rubbish.

I'm genuinely sorry to hear that your experience at our Yeovil centre did not meet expectations. Please be assured that your comments have been taken seriously and will be acted upon.

Regarding your appointment, it was originally scheduled by our central internet team, not directly through the Yeovil centre. Unfortunately, when the appointment came through, it conflicted with an existing booking and no team member was available at the time to accommodate it. We attempted to contact you to reschedule—our first call was made on 19th June at 16:25, the day before the test drive, but it went unanswered, and we were unable to leave a voicemail. We tried again at 17:50 with no success.

I'm also sorry to hear you experienced difficulties getting your car booked in for remedial work. I will look into this matter personally to understand what went wrong.
