My experience at Vertu Land Rover Yeovil could have been better because of the issues with not using Vertu’s finance company. The story is too long to explain. I was initially impressed with how hard the salesman worked to make the deal happen. However I also had a problem with the fact that I asked for rubber floor mats to be included in the deal but when I picked the car up I was told that there were not any in stock and that they were not in the deal. I bought two cars from the company that week. I would need to see some improvement before I purchase another car from the company.
