Since purchasing the car (just over 3 weeks ago) I have had the AA out to it twice, I've had to take time off work today to take it to a garage for another assessment and now have a large bill to pay as I'm informed that the repairs are not covered under the Jaguar warranty, and this work will require another day off work. We have tried numerous times to contact different Managers to discuss this at Vertu Truro but to no avail.
