The experience at Vertu Land Rover Taunton was fantastic because of the customer service and experience we received. Particularly from Gabrielle, who navigated us through the process of choosing any buying the care, Range Rover Evoque. Gabrielle kept us informed during the process, and was happy to answer any questions we had, and provided us with confidence in the process, and was not pushing a hard sell, which was appreciated. Gabrielle and the rest of the dealership staff have made us feel part of the Jaguar Land Rover family, and we will certainly be back for a second car soon. Overall, the process was very well managed, with little or no stress.

The experience at Vertu Land Rover Taunton was fantastic because I was given a real personal service. The sales lady listened to the requirements I has for the vehicle I was interested in and talked me through all of the purchase options. On the hand over day, my wife and I were made to feel very welcome with a big reveal of the car. It had been really well prepared and was gleaming, inside and out.Even though we didn't buy brand new, we were still given excellent treatment.

I was pleased with Vertu Land Rover Taunton and would recommend them because they were very helpful in finding us.a vehicle that fulfilled our requirements. Josh Benbow, the salesperson was a pleasure to deal with and I believe he went the extra mile being friendly and efficient. I did find it strange that when phoning what you think is the local garage you are directed to Newcastle for them to transfer the call back to Taunton. I understand the logistics of it but initially it was odd.
