Gabrielle went out of her way to source the vehicle I wanted, transporting it in from another Vertu dealer, to make it more convenient for me. i had previously been searching for nearly 3 months, and once I was in contact with Gabrielle, the whole transaction took less than a week. It was a really good experience.

I would not recommend Vertu Land Rover Taunton because despite good initial attempts to solve the problem my used car had at purchase the team have stumbled into poor service. Lack of information from JLR not providing the part is not the dealership fault. But once the complaint was more complex the used car team failed to stay on top of communication and manage my expectations.
