Very knowledgeable about the vehicle range and patiently dealt with the numerous questions I had. Also the follow up following the completion of the sale was very good. From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect. Erika was friendly and personable. I had some issues on the day of collection with the bodywork of the car but Erika dealt with the matter extremely well and the aftercare I received was outstanding.
