I was happy with the service at Vertu Kia Nottingham because the sales rep (Kin Lok Wong) was very professional in all aspects of the sale. From walking into the dealership Kin made us feel extremely welcome. His ability to make you feel at ease was second to none and was a pleasure dealing with him. Kin was very knowledgeable of the Kia range and understood our needs and gave us several options of which vehicles to choose from. Since the purchase of our Kia Sportage Kin has been in contact ensuring we are still happy and if we have any queries he can help with.
