Vertu Hyundai Sunderland were helpful because everyone I encountered was professional and friendly and as a group they made the purchase and handover very easy without unnecessary pressure. Faye Gillespie in particular was brilliant and went beyond expectations.

I would recommend Vertu Hyundai Sunderland to friends and family because everything was straight forward. I am not happy at all that a credit search was made for me to apply for a loan from them without my knowledge when I’d made it clear from the original contact that I was a cash buyer. I pay for Experian so was alerted and on contact with the dealer I was told no it wasn’t them although an email from Experian a week later confirmed that Vertu had started a credit search for a personal loan. I contacted the dealership again to say I wasn’t happy and have had no response to my complaint
