The experience at Vertu Hyundai Mansfield was fantastic because Marlon who dealt with my purchase tailored the selection of cars to what I was looking for. I never felt that I was being pressurised into purchasing the new vehicle even after test driving and discussing finance arrangements. Marlon recommended some additional add ons that I could choose to have and once again I was not forced to have any of them. Thanks Marlon for a fab experience. :)

Vertu Hyundai Mansfield were really helpful and I'd recommend them because from the minute we stepped out of our car in the car park we were greeted with a smile and a cheery hello from Marlon who was outside. He asked if we had anything in mind and was immediately able to show us a pre registered car with very low mileage which we really loved. Unfortunately whilst we were looking at the car someone reserved it on line , which was disappointing , but Marlon soon got to work trying to find one at another dealership. In the mean time he offered us a test drive in an automatic as I was changing from a manual. He even praised my driving & confidence of getting straight into an automatic and driving. Funny as I’m approaching 70 , I love driving and always have yet the government wants to restrict driving freedom over 70. Anyway when we got back another car had been located and I agreed the purchase , what I really appreciated as a female buying a car from my own finances was that Marlon addressed me directly not my partner which as happened in the past at another dealership ( of course I walked out. He explained everything very well and answered all my questions, also saying I could email if I thought of anything else. Marlon went out of his way to ensure the car he sourced for us was very low mileage as was the one we’d looked at. On hand over day ( day of a storm windy and rainy) he took time to go through everything thoroughly and demonstrated new features and even linked my phone for me and showed me how to use Apple play. Marlon was an excellent sales person for me , friendly yet professional , took time was not pushy and was respectful of my needs and choices . A five star approach.
