Vertu Honda Truro were great because I had taken my 17 reg Honda Civic to Vertu only to be told that the engine needed to be replaced because of the wet belt failure. I was extremely upset and was told by the service team that I could sell the vehicle to them and receive £4,000 regardless whether I bought another car from there. This turned out to be very wrong and when i went to the garage to collect the belongings from the car a salesman said that this was not correct and the only way this could be resolved would be via a part exchange. This is where Oscar came in. He was very professional, helpful and helped me make a decision about my new car. I would like it known that Oscar was a fantastic credit to the team at Truro.
