We was happy with the service at Vertu Honda Nottingham because was looked after from the start, staff was polite and friendly, explained everything of the car, was not rushed and answered any question or concerns we had which was dealt with quickly. My experience at Vertu Honda Nottingham was cracking because everything was explained to me slowly so I could understand and retain the information. There was no pressurised selling. I was given time to consider my options. The car is covered for 12 months through Vertu so I am confident that if I have a problem they will fix it for me.
