The experience at Vertu Honda Nottingham was good because although there were a number of issues with the car, we were given a courtesy car while they were fixed. My main concern was the difficulty in speaking to the right person to get updates on the progress of my car. Ivan, the man who sold us the car was extremely good, but quite difficult to get hold of while we were waiting for news on our progress. We got our car delivered to our house 8 days after it was taken in.
