Vertu Honda Lincoln staff are so attentive. You only have to put your food over the door to feel very welcome. We have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes before someone is available to take our enquiries. Liane is absolutely fantastic. She will always spend as long as necessary explaining every detail and answering every question. She also manages to make the whole experience, pleasant. The latest CRV is our fourth. We have suffered no faults throughout and have been allocated a curtesy car for a very small fee so that we are able to enjoy the day of the yearly service, in Lincoln. We would never contemplate going elsewhere.
