I came in looking to trade in my Ford Fiesta for a newer model. Claude was my used car rep, offered me a test drive and showed me a few cars. I was given all the necessary information, and it was a seamless transition. Loving the new car, and would happily come back to Vertu Shirley in the future. Thank you for everything.

The experience at Vertu Ford Shirley was fantastic. I have previously been in and spoken with Blake who was very honest and clear with me on my finance situation. I came back recently and saw Blake again, who was so helpful and did everything he could to get me into a new car and one that I wanted. He communicated with me throughout the whole process until my car was ready and is such a friendly and great member of the team. I also spoke with Jordan the manager at the branch who helped out so much with getting me the right price! Couldn’t be happier with the service or the car. Thank you both!!
