My experience at Vertu Ford Redditch could have been better because the sales person was very derogatory towards our part exchange vehicles. The car was found on the Mazda website but the garage would not provide a Mazda warranty. There were delays when collecting the vehicle due to the incomplete valet and still had a dirty windscreen inside and the display console. So not happy!
