My experience at Vertu BMW Motorrad Rotherham could have been better because two reasons, I traded two motorcycles in to Vertu, both in showroom condition and both having BMW top boxes and panniers the motorcycle i received only came with a top box and I had the complain to get that, I also believe that the deal I agreed to was way out or balance I know Vertu need to make a profit when they buy and sell but on this occasion i feel that i was unfairly treated, also I had the same sales person patter about someone else being interested in the Bike I was looking at just to make me leave a deposit.

I would recommend Vertu BMW Motorrad Rotherham to friends and family because I was very happy with the service but........ I have an issue,, I am awaiting a battery as when bike was delivered 28th June the battery was dead, I called to sort this out with yourselves which was seemingly simple and I was to pick up a battery from BMW Aberdeen, Here We are almost 2 weeks later and still no battery, Bit disappointing as going with a BMW dealership was to avoid issues like this.
Other than this issue everything else has been perfect
