Vertu BMW Exeter

Adam at BMW Exeter was great. Sorted everything out perfectly including a personalised video. The (4yr old) car was in amazing condition, even better than expected as I purchased it unseen online. The pickup from the train station showed real customer service. Would happily buy unseen/online again from BMW Exeter.

I'd recommend Vertu BMW Exeter to anyone because they provide first class service from start to finish. My car was exactly as described and no hidden nasties. I would recommend Vertu BMW Exeter to my friends and family, even though I travelled from Bristol to Exeter to buy my car, a BMW X1.

Vertu BMW Exeter were really helpful and I'd recommend them because of Myers, who sold me my 2 series. After a terrible visit to Ocean BMW Plymouth to try to buy a car ( where my previous 3 BMW's were purchased from ), i called into an incredibly busy Exeter BMW show room. The Boss whom was watching from the mesne, came down to meet me, apologised to me for the delay in getting someone to me , but said he would, as soon as someone came free. Lucky for me that was Myers. Within 30 minutes of meeting him, i knew what car i was gong to buy ! I was taken extremely seriously form the get go, not insulted with my PX offer ( and subsequent incentives offered to buy the car ) . The whole process of buying was made simple , and Myers explained everything so professionally. On test driving my vehicle, Myers resembled Wikipedia on his knowledge of its functions. I have had the vehicle a month now. I am still in contact with Myers, and i am still asking him questions about the car. He is always polite, prompt and not condescending in his replies. Ocean Plymouth's loss is now Vertu BMW Exeter's gain . I felt i was buying a car from Myers, rather than a big corporation !! A thoroughly professional set up here at Vertu, but the personal touch from Myers is what counted for me

I’d recommend Vertu BMW Exeter to anyone because my purchase of a BMW M3 was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic, making the whole process feel smooth and enjoyable rather than stressful.

From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and valued. The staff took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions clearly, and kept me well informed throughout. There was no pressure at any stage—just honest advice and excellent customer service.

The car itself was presented in immaculate condition on collection day, and everything was explained thoroughly so I felt completely confident driving away. It’s clear that they take pride in both their vehicles and their customer experience.

Overall, a first-class service and a dealership I would happily return to in the future.
