My experience at Vertu BMW Exeter was very good on the used sales side but unfortunately I had an issue with the drivers side mirror welcome light, photos had been emailed and shown the problem and the car was booked in for replacement. Unfortunately I was not told where to go for the repair and after waiting for nearly 10 minutes I was told I was on the wrong site for the repair, customer service ordered the wrong part and it took them 1 1/2 hours to come and tell me I would have to rebook the car in. The sales team are excellent but unfortunately for my first experience of a bmw main dealer I felt very let down by your service/customer service team. The car has since been repaired.
