I'd recommend Vertu BMW Exeter because overall, I had a positive experience. I primarily dealt with Jermaine, who was excellent throughout the entire process—professional, helpful, and consistently attentive.
The reason for awarding four stars rather than five is due to some inconsistencies with other members of staff. At times, information provided about the vehicle was unclear or conflicting, and I had to make multiple requests regarding a low battery issue, receiving different responses on each occasion.
That said, Vertu Exeter ultimately resolved the matter by replacing the battery, and my overall impression remains a good one, particularly due to the high level of service provided by Jermaine.
