My experience at Vertu BMW Bridgwater was great because Mark was very easy to deal with. After a 7 hour journey to pick the car up we were more than ready for a quick sale. He was extremely helpful and kind. The other salesman Jo who I initially spoke to on the phone promised to pay for our hotel accommodation however we are still waiting for this to come through.
