Salesman we saw ( Jordan and Julian) were brilliant very informative and genuinely wanted to help, the sales manager mick, was less helpful, the car we were trading in had been serviced the same day but the sale manager wasn’t prepared to offer a service even knowing ours had been and was the last one of our service plan, a service offer at this point would of lead to a loyal customer return but now it’s doubtful, our new car had marks on when collecting a broken parcel shelf,previous owners details on media screen, parcel shelf has now been replaced but it’s all about attention to detail and in this case the sales, prep centre and valeting team disappointed

I'd recommend Vantage Toyota Leeds to a friend because they did a fantastic job from start to finish. With the initial autotrader call Jordan talked me through the car and the service work they planned to do on it which got me through the door so to speak. At the dealership Mike the manager, and Sam, were both also great. On collection day my schedule was quite tight and Mike managed to fit me in at a great time so I could drive away happy. Cheers!
